Summer is coming into full bloom here in South Carolina!

Check out our coffee tree flowers!

As the temperature warms up, lots of people are leaving hot coffee behind, and turning to cooler drink options.  Iced tea, sodas, lemonade and other frozen drinks are delicious summer time treats.

Did you know, that you can easily make cold brew at home??  there are many convenient brewers that can sit on a fridge shelf, or you can even simply put some coarse ground coffee and water into a sealed jar, wait a few days, and pour it through your preferred filtration method. This method can easily give you a delicious cold and caffeinated beverage to sip on!  Cold brew can easily be made using a 1 to 8 ratio, or 1 part coffee to 8 parts water. this ratio will result in a normal strength coffee drink after about 24 hours in the fridge, however, I prefer to leave it for 48 hours, creating a strong concentrated cold brew that retains its flavor even after diluting with ice and milk.

All of the coffees available on our site are delicious for cold brew, so pick up a batch, and give it a try!
