Here at Flat Cap Coffee Roasters, we love trying out new things. New coffees, new ways to brew, roast, infuse, or blend. We're passionate about ensuring what we produce is the best, and of the highest quality for our fellow coffee lovers out there.
So far, all that we have offered on the site is Single Origin Coffee. We feel that this preserves, and truly shows off the uniqueness of each coffee. If you tried two of them side by side, there's no doubt you would be able to tell the differences between them.
Even though we truly love our single origin coffee, there's been a bit of experimenting going on, with creating blends of coffee to combine different flavor profiles, in order to achieve unique coffees we can call our own.
