We are a small family owned and run micro-roastery, dedicated to creating the freshest coffee possible and expanding our customers coffee experience beyond commercially produced coffees. We roast and ship every batch to order ensuring that your coffee will arrive at or before it's peak brewing date.  Most coffees are best between 4 days and 4 weeks after roasting.  Our single origin coffees are roasted to enhance their natural flavor profiles, bringing you a delicious cup each time! For the coffee enthusiast, you will notice the nuanced flavors listed on your bag, and maybe even more, and for people that just like coffee, well, you will experience a smooth well balanced cup.

RD is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, and got his start roasting coffee in 2020, himself, his family and friends awake and drinking the good stuff when stores across the country were shutting down. As time went on, more and more friends were asking for a bag of beans and thus, RD’s Flat Cap Coffee was born! Now you don’t have to live next door to drink amazing coffee! We can roast and ship it to you so when you
get your bag, it will be at peak flavor!
